Cerebral Palsy National Squad

The Scottish FA in partnership with Scottish Disability Sport are pleased to launch the “Ability to Represent” campaign aiming to find talented footballers who are able to represent Scotland International Cerebral Palsy / Stroke / Acquired Brain Injury Football Squad.

“Ability to Represent” aims to raise the awareness of the highly successful National Squad currently ranked 9th in the World Rankings and allow players who have;

- Cerebral Palsy
- Recovered from a Stroke
- Acquired Brain Injury / Head Trauma (Car Accident or Fall etc)

to represent Scotland and play across the World in major championships.

Players who may be eligible to represent the squad can show a number of symptoms / characteristics which can be found along with further information on the corresponding flyer.

The Scottish FA would ask that your club pass the information to your players or former players who have been forced to quit the game due to head injuries and spread the word of the squad through the football family and local football contacts.
If you would like flyers / posters issued please contact the email bellow to request an allocation.
