SFA Official brought back to earth quickly

McKinnon goes from Algarve to Thorniewood in just a few hours
 
SFA referee Donnie McKinnon, who has been whistling since 1975, was brought back down to earth with a bump on Monday evening after officiating at a tournament in Portugal at the weekend.
The 69 year old who was the Training Instructor for Lanarkshire Referees Association for a decade and is their Child Protection Office flew back in from Faro Airport only to find out he was running the line in a Stagecoach West of Scotland Super League First Division match as Thorniewood defeated Yoker 3-1.
