Facilities Manager - Newtongrange Star

Newtongrange Star FC & Social Club are looking for an enthusiastic and talented person who will relish the challenge of commercially developing our Social Club and new 3G 7-a-side facility into a successful and welcoming environment.
 
Reporting to the Club Committee via the Club Secretary, your role will be to manage and develop the part-time staff team to deliver outstanding standards of service to our members. 
 
Your responsibilites will include :
 
- recruiting, training, coaching and developing a team who will deliver exceptional and memorable customer service;
 
- delivering a clearly defined business plan;
 
- ensuring smooth operation of the club services including compliance with all legislation;
 
- working in close partnership with the Club Committee and football department.
 
Hours and salary by negotiation.
 
Relevant management experiebnce is essential.
