Clydebank lift Euroscot Engineering League Cup
Clydebank lifted the Euroscot Engineering Sectional League Cup yesterday with a 2-0 win over Pollok at Maryhill’s Lochburn Park.
The game was goalless at half time however the deadlock was broken on 72 minutes when Jamie Campbell darted his way into the Pollok penalty area and slipped the ball past Jonny Murdoch for Ciaran McElroy to side- foot home
Clydebank secured the silverware in injury time when Joe Andrew surged forward and picked out fellow replacement Andy Paterson who took his time before low past Murdoch.
