Clara Kay Memorial Tree Planting Service
Carluke Rovers Football Club will be holding a service in Memory of the Late Clara Kay in which we plant a tree in her honour, and to remember the great work that she did for Carluke Rovers Football Club and for the service she gave over many years to Scottish Junior Football.
It was always Clara’s wish that her ashes be scattered at the home of Carluke Rovers the old Loch Park Stadium, but due to the development of the site in recent years this is no longer possible, we have however after lengthy discussions with South Lanarkshire Council agreed that we can plant a tree at the new home of Carluke Rovers (the John Cumming Stadium) Carnwath Road, Carluke.
The service will take place on Saturday the 6th of April at 1030 am at the John Cumming Stadium, Carnwath Road, Carluke. ML8 4EA.
We would like to extend a warm invitation to all who new Clara both in the Community of Carluke and the wider Community of Scottish Junior Football and to Join us on Saturday the 06th of April at the Memorial and Tree Planting Service, your presence would be greatly appreciated.
