Auchinleck Talbot remained in top spot in the Premier Division by seeing off hosts Beith 1-0. Latta scored the all-important goal in the second half after teammate Gormley had missed a penalty just after the resumption.

 
Petershill kept the gap at only 2 points thanks to their 4-0 win over Arthurlie with Girvan, McGladrigan and Woods all scoring early and Woods adding a fourth against a visiting side that had McAleer and Miller dismissed.                                 

 
Ashfield and visitors Rob Roy drew 2-2 with Hall hitting a double for the hosts and Bradley and Meechan netting for the Kirkintilloch men.

 
Shotts Bon Accord earned their first league win with a 3-0 success at Clydebank and Pollok won 1-0 at Glenafton             where McArdle scored the only goal.            

 
In the First Division leaders Hurlford defeated Maybole 3-2 with Paterson’s goal being added to by a double from Brown. Kilbirnie won 4-1 at Cumbernauld with McGeown getting a brace and Craig along with Smillie netting.

 
Kilsyth saw off Largs 3-2 with Kelly scoring two goals and Doyle also finding the target.

 
Greenock defeated Dunipace 3-0 to keep control of the Central District First Division with McKay, Beckley and Begley all netting

 
Sullivan of Lesmahagow scored a penalty and then missed the retake in his side’s 1-1 draw with visitors St Anthony's with McKay scoring for the Ants to cancel out Pettigrew’s goal.

 
Central District Second Division leaders Cambuslang brushed aside Royal Albert 7-0 with Innes scoring a hat-trick and Scobie hit the winner as Maryhill defeated Vale of Leven 3-2.

 
Ayrshire District League leaders Kilwinning defeated Annbank 3-1 with Cashmore’s goal and two own goals helping their cause.
