Buchanan up for grabs

Whitletts Victoria have agreed to listen to offers for influential central defender Raymond Buchanan following an unsuccessful approach for the player from an unnamed Premier Division club.

Chairman Colin McTrusty said: “Raymond has been a key player for Whitletts in recent years but is now at the stage in his career that he feels he wants to play at a higher level than we can offer him at present and it is with great reluctance that we have agreed to listen to offers for him. However we value Raymond very highly as a player and we have a duty to look after the best interests of Whitletts Victoria so he will only be allowed to leave for what we consider to be a true valuation of his true worth as a player.”

Any club interested should contact Secretary Jim Shields on 07918030175.
